How can I pay for my order?

We accept major credit cards through PayPal but if you prefer you can also pay by International bank transfer but only in Euro by contacting us prior to guide you through the transaction.

What about sales tax, duty or import fees?

If you live in the EU, sorry the 23% VAT is included at check out.

All orders shipped outside the EU do not incur sales tax during checkout. Most countries have a value limit on international purchases which can be considered tax and duty free. This amount may vary depending on state and country so please contact your local customs office for details. From experience, most small goods and felt products are delivered without any additional costs. For more expensive items such as leather bags, you may be required to pay import fees on receipt.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping price is calculated based on weight, volumetric size and location. Most items are shipped by post in carefully packed bubble envelopes. Leather bags are shipped by DHL courier in boxes to ensure safety and timely delivery. We strive to offer low shipping costs for both options.

How long before my order ships?

It takes 2-3 business days to process your order. Sometimes items ship the same day but this is not something we can guarantee at this point due to the growing popularity of our merchandise. If you have a question and want to know for certain when an item will ship contact us at

How long does shipping take?

Shipping by post takes approximately 2-3 business days in Europe, 5-10 business days to the US/Canada/Asia, Australia. Items that are shipped by DHL courier take approximately 1-3 business days.  

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer DHL courier shipping as a standard for our items that cost more than 150 USD. If you would like to purchase expedited shipping for less expensive item, you will have that option during checkout.

How will I know whether my item has shipped?

You will receive an email when your order has been placed as a confirmation, when your item is processed and shipped you will receive an additional email with a tracking number and how to track it. Please check your spam folder just in case you miss it.

The wait is killing me, what should I do?

We recommend spending some time in the great outdoors, with family and friends, with a good book and a good bottle of wine. Not necessarily all together.


What if I do not like what I receive?

We accept returns if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order within 10 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for returning the item undamaged including all original packaging, documentation, waybill, etc. There is a 25 USD restocking fee for returns from outside the EU to cover return imports.
